Seeing my sister overpay for her mobile phone plans makes me shudder. She should be more careful with her minutes, or she should at least increase the plans so that she does not go over her limits. I think that this is what is affecting consumers these days. They think that they will be paying more for their phone plans if they upgrade it to the next level, but when they stay at the same level, it just seems as if they constantly go over, and they say to themselves that they will not do it next time, but that does not happen. I know that it is a personal choice, and if you know that you are not going to be able to limit yourself to only 450 minutes a month or so, then you should really upgrade! It saves money and it prevents all the surprises in that regard.
